Boozy triple berry pancake milkshake #BerryDelish #FWCon

It’s berry season in Florida, and what better way to celebrate than with a boozy milkshake?! This shake combines blueberries, raspberries and strawberries with pancake pieces, real maple syrup and a dash of vodka to create a shake that is perfect for summer! It truly tastes like breakfast in a glass.

As part of Wish Farms #BerryDelish contest in conjunction with the Food Wine Conference, my job was to come up with a cocktail or mocktail using their fresh berries. With the trend of crazy milkshakes lately, I knew I wanted to go that route, and my boozy triple berry pancake shake came to life! One of the best things about this milkshake is that it can be made into a mocktail for the kids in your life to enjoy.

Wish Farms is is returning as a sponsor of Food Wine Conference this year. Last year they sponsored the #hashed cookoff event using their fresh blueberries as one of the main ingredients. I was part of that event last year and though my team didn’t win, the event was full of fun and laughter as we tried to come up with a winning recipe.
